  • Tenant Invoicing/Billing (inclusive of meter readings) for recovery of Urban Utilities Water Charges.
  • Regular Routine Inspections by your assigned Property Manager complete with photos and a detailed written report.
  • Regular Comparative Market Analysis assessments and Rent Reviews of your property to ensure maximum returns.
  • Access to specialist Asset management services including discounted Tax Depreciation Schedules, Landlord Protection Insurance etc.
